Tailored notched music
The Tinnitus app by Cleanhearing offers an option to add tailor-made notched music to your Sono therapy
When combined with Sono electromagnetic stimulation, notched music offers an enhanced bimodal treatment suitable for people with a single or dominant-tone tinnitus.
If you do not experience tinnitus as a single or dominant tone, the app also offers masking sounds and relaxing music, which can help cover up the sound of tinnitus and encourage deeper relaxation.

How to use the notched music therapy
Download the Tinnitus app by Cleanhearing app from the App Store or Google Play
Input your tinnitus frequency, or measure it in the app.
Save your frequency. Any tracks uploaded to the app will be ‘notched’ to remove that frequency.
Select your favourite downloaded music or sound files to play through the app.
Pair your smartphone or tablet with Sono and listen to notched music through your headphones.
