Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident that you will want to keep your Sono device for tinnitus relief and associated benefits such as increased relaxation and improved sleep that we are pleased to offer the following satisfaction guarantee.
If you have had excellent results within four months, and are ready to end your therapies, or if you have decided that Sono therapy just isn’t for you, return your Sono device in pristine condition no later than four months from receipt, and we will refund up to 60% of the original purchase price. Terms and conditions apply.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact support@cleanhearing.com so we can send you the relevant documentation. Ship your device or accessory within seven (7) days of receiving the return documentation.
Please follow these refund conditions:
- If you have entered your user data, please ensure that you have returned the device to factory settings. (Please consult your user manual.) If you are not able to do this for any reason, please inform support@cleanhearing.com in writing.
- Please provide a tracking number for the return shipment to support@cleanhearing.com. (Return shipping costs are borne by you. Cleanhearing GmbH does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges.)
- The device must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return documentation.
- The device must be shipped in its original packaging
- The device must be shipped together with all of its undamaged accessories (charger, carry case etc.)
- The device must be undamaged and in excellent, as-new condition consistent with careful handling and use.
Cleanhearing GmbH reserves the right to refuse or return devices not sent in compliance with the process stated above. Consequently, Cleanhearing GmbH also has the right to charge the customer all processing, shipping, and handling charges where applicable.
Terms and conditions of the offer
- This offer is not transferable. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
- This offer is not compatible with trade prices where these are offered unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- The full 60% refund is applicable only to non-discounted purchases. Where promotional coupon codes have been used, the refunded amount will be calculated after deduction based on full unit price.
- Notification of return must be given by email in advance to support@cleanhearing.com, and the stated returns process must be followed.
- The returned device must be undamaged and in excellent, as-new condition, and in the original packaging consistent with careful handling and use.
- Refunds will usually be issued within 14 days of receipt of undamaged goods by Cleanhearing GmbH subject to the necessary checks and your card company processes.
- You will be notified in writing if there is any problem or delay relating to issuance of your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return of your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- This offer is valid one time per customer.
- The statutory right of revocation as well as all rights in case of a defect or any warranty remain unaffected.
- The conditions of this offer are not negotiable.
